Meet the team
With more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, IT and web services Oshik brings with him deep experience and knowledge of the contact center world. Prior to joining ExBee Oshik held senior positions at Taldor, Netcom, Hot and Bezeq. He worked closely with Cisco in Europe throughout his career.
Zviki co-founded ExBee in 2016. He is an executive with more than 10 years of product and marketing experience in the contact center space. Currently serves as the CEO of Lightico, a technology company that helps contact centers increase efficiencies by improving customer experience. Prior to his current roles Zviki held several senior positions at Netcom, Malam and NICE Systems.
Board Member and CTO
Justin co-founded ExBee in 2016 with Zviki. For the last decade Justin spent his career developing contact center Solutions on different platforms. He specializes in development for Cisco UC and is working closely with Cisco Systems to ensure roadmap and strategy alignment. Prior to co-founding ExBee Justin held several senior development positions at Bynet and Netcom.

With more than 10 years of experience Vladi is tasked with leading and managing a team of software developers and supporting them in planning, delivering and monitoring a successful solution from strategy to implementation. He also works closely with product management to ensure the best business value. Prior to joining ExBee Vladi held several key development roles at Netcom
